ART CLASS - for Home Schooling groups

Young artists will develop their artistic skills while having fun discovering their own personal style. While experimenting with an exciting variety of artist's tools, media and techniques, students will learn to explore and trust their creative instincts. We will cover a bit of art history and artists in each class. Their will be hands on art experience in each class. Wednesdays, 1-2:30pm Classes: February, 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th Sign up for one, two, three or all of the classes. Ages 6-10 years Cost for all 4 weeks: $90 one class $25 |
February 5th:
A fiber art project, inspired by modern and historical weavers. February 12th: Block Printing. We will create a print block and print on paper. February 19th: Hand Sewing. We will handstitch a small pillow and embelish it with buttons and embroidery stitches. February 26th: Winter scene painting. We will create an acrylic painting on canvas. |
