Registration + Space Availability
We accept registration online or in person. To register, you must submit a completed registration form with payment in full. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration Deadline
The deadline for registration is the first day of classes, space permitting. Courses fill quickly, so be sure to register early.
Payment Options
We accept cash checks, and all major credit cards at Eilandarts Center in Merchantville and at duck duck goose in Collingswood. Or online through paypal, enrollment is accepted after FULL tuition is received. Read course descriptions carefully for dates, times, and required supplies. The Eilandarts Center may decline an individual’s request to enroll in classes or participate in programs when necessary.
Payment for private Music Lessons - Monthly payment needs to be paid on the first lesson of the month.
Class Cancellations and Make-ups
The Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or in case of a catastrophe. If we cancel a class, students will be notified and full tuition and will be refunded. Cancellations are normally made 2 days prior to start of class or workshop. Refunds and make-ups will not be given for student absences due to personal schedule conflicts. The Eilandarts Center reserves the right to hire a substitute teacher when necessary.
Cancellation and Make-ups for private Music lessons
MISSED LESSONS: Cancellations requested by the student must be made at least 6 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a makeup. We will do our best to provide that makeup during the week, but in extreme cases, by the end of the billing cycle. If the studio needs to cancel for any reason, the lesson will be either rescheduled or reimbursed.
Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis, but can include extended vacations, or illnesses, or family emergencies.
ATTENDANCE: any student who is absent without notification for three consecutive lessons will have to call to reserve a new time slot.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Joining Classes Late
With the instructor’s permission, students may join a class that has already started and the tuition will be prorated.

The Eilandarts Center is not responsible for artwork and other property left on the premises and has no liability if such property is lost, stolen or damaged, except in instances when artwork is displayed in gallery exhibitions and covered by insurance. Artwork or property left two weeks after the semester ends will be discarded.
Emergency Forms
Every child under the age of 18 is required to have a current Child Emergency Form on file with the office. Adult students are required to inform the office if they have a medical condition that the staff or faculty should be aware of in an emergency. Forms are kept on file for one year unless there are updates or changes.

- 100% tuition refund less the $15.00 nonrefundable application fee for withdrawal two days before the start of class
- 80% tuition refund less the $15.00 nonrefundable application fee for withdrawal on or after the first day of class
- No refunds will be issued after the second class has met
