Diane Canzanese
After many years of taking classes-PMA, UArts, Fleisher Art Memorial, the Academy of Fine Arts, I know what I look for in a teacher. And, after many years of teaching to all different age groups in all different venues, I try to be that teacher! I enjoy working in a variety of media from watercolors to oils, from yarn crafts to pottery…so I practice what I preach. I’ve participated in two-women and group shows and have won awards. But one of the real reasons I enjoy teaching is fostering and working in that sharing, creative environment. I hope you’ll join me sometime!

After relocating to Philadelphia, she again built a reputation as a dynamic and powerhouse vocalist under the name “taragirl," and began writing and recording her own songs culminating in the release of her debut album in 2006.
Throughout her career, Tara has been called “Philly’s next signature voice” (The Daily News), named one of “10 Artists to Watch” (Citypaper) and been compared to iconic artists like Christina Aguilera, Joss Stone and Teena Marie.
Tara is thrilled for the opportunity to use her skills and background to teach new voice students how to develop their singing talent.

Juliet Wayne
The first thing Juliet Hope Wayne ever sewed was a tiny stuffed pillow in the shape of a cat head. It went missing later that school day and after 29 years, she's closing in a suspect. Don't buy any green bananas, Elena!

Ted Warchal
My primary endeavors have been in the area of sculpture, primarily welded steel and mixed-media
constructions - bricolage. I have also done a series of small boxes in the style of Joseph Cornell, and
many cast plaster and hydrocal bas - relief pieces. In addition, I use varied materials on which to
paint , draw and do constructions. I also use encaustics for painting and assemblage.
I believe that one of the primary reasons for creating art, aside from the experience of the process
itself, is making contact with the viewer. Another is the desire to express a unique vision.
The content of my work can be expressed as follows:
- the tangible world/ the unseen order of the world
- life forces, apparent and hidden
- the flow of life
- the uniqueness / sameness of objects
- the passage of time, including memory, history, myth and tradition
- loss and repair, including salvage and renewal of discarded objects; evidence of the touch of man
- the subdued joy in the relationship of people and things
- the truth of objects and people and the desire in all things in the natural world
