Nurture body, mind and spirit with a gentle, heart-opening yoga practice. Movements and poses that promote balance in the body can also generate clearer introspection. Through focus and practice, we can tap into our heart’s wisdom, improving our overall well-being.

Amy has been practicing yoga for close to thirty years. She has been offering classes as a certified yoga instructor for 14 years at local studios as well as pop-up locations. She finds inspiration through studying and practicing a variety of yogic traditions. Her primary class style is Kripalu, which focuses on inclusivity for every “body”.
