Movement & Meditation
Enjoy slow and gentle movement linked with focused breathing and meditation. This series will introduce stress-relieving practices to incorporate into your daily routine. The class content is designed to combine simple postures with guided breathwork and introduce meditation in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Experience practical techniques and help find your inner power!
Registration Required
Please bring a yoga mat and other props for your comfort. (Blankets or towels, blocks, firm pillows, straps, eye pillows). Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up and settle in.

Amy has been practicing yoga for close to thirty years. She has been offering classes as a certified yoga instructor for 14 years at local studios as well as pop-up locations. She finds inspiration through studying and practicing a variety of yogic traditions. Her primary class style is Kripalu, which focuses on inclusivity for every “body”.
